Course1: Real Estate Essentials

This course introduces real estate principles and outlines the role of a salesperson concerning regard to their responsibilities under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002 (REBBA) and its accompanying regulations, including the Code of Ethics. It also mentions other pertinent legislation.

Course 2: Residential Real Estate Transactions

The requirements and methods for listing, selling, and closing residential real estate transactions are covered in this course. The modules cover a wide range of issues, such as seller and buyer services, residential premises and qualities, advertising and marketing, and the purchase and sale agreement.

Course 3: Additional Real Estate Transactions

This course builds on the material covered in the Residential Real Estate Transactions course by looking at how important ideas are used in several types of residential transactions, such as condominiums, new construction, rural properties, residential multi-family residences, and residential leasing.

Course 4: Commercial Real Estate Transactions

This course covers the requirements and processes for listing, selling, and leasing various types of commercial properties, including as office, retail, industrial, and agricultural properties, as well as business brokerage. Commercial construction, requirements for various sorts of commercial transactions, and how to draught contractual agreements are only a few of the topics covered in the modules.

Course 5: Get Started

This course will guide the learners on how to build their career in the real
market by focusing on specific challenges like how to obtain and handle registration and insurance, and particular strategies on how to find proper brokerage for employment. There is no exam for this course.

Simulation Process1:

Simulation Process1 -Learners will spend 5 days with an experienced real estate professional serving as a coach performing fundamental activities and duties connected to residential real estate transactions in this simulation programme. The simulation and assessments will go through all stages of a typical transaction and will encompass a wide range of property types (for example, single-family homes and condominiums). The student has to pass this simulation after completing course
2.

Simulation Process 2:

Simulation session2-A necessary assessment is included in Simulation Session 2.
To pass the Simulation Session, you must acquire a minimum cumulative passing
score of 75 on all the assessment's questions. Approximately 35 hours of
assessment time are covered. This Simulation will be cleared after completing
course 3.

If you do not pass the Simulation Session exams, you will be required to attend a remedial day. An additional cost is charged for registration into one of the available rehabilitation day sessions.
